Dr. Taylor Zumbusch is a bit of a traveling tumbleweed! Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she attended a liberal arts college in Minnesota before earning her veterinary degree from Colorado State University.
Since then, life as a military spouse has taken her to a variety of states, giving her the opportunity to work in several different veterinary clinics and hospitals along the way.
Dr. Z looks forward to helping you and your furry family members with all of their needs. She especially enjoys the client education side of veterinary medicine and wants every pet owner to feel heard, informed, and involved in their pet’s care. She has a special love for surgery and neonates and, above all, is grateful for the opportunity to do what she loves every day.
Dr. Z believes collaboration is the name of the game. She strives to work together with each family to create a care plan that makes sense for both you and your pet.
She is thrilled to be back in the mountains again! Outside of the hospital, Dr. Z stays busy with her own full house, including one dog, two cats, and two little humans who happily fill up her time away from work.
