Client Care Specialist

Kali has been a dedicated Client Services Representative at Yorkshire since 2021. Originally from Colorado Springs, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Colorado State University and brings a well-rounded background in animal care—including previous experience working with zoo animals and in canine boarding and daycare facilities.

Kali transitioned into the CSR role to explore a different side of animal care and quickly discovered how much she loves it. For her, it’s especially meaningful to be able to support pets and their families during life’s most important moments.

At home, Kali is proudly owned by Tera, her sweet-yet-mischievous pit bull whose nickname “Terror” says it all. In her free time, Kali enjoys playing The Sims, diamond painting, and relaxing with her lovable whirlwind of a pup.
