As of June 2020, we have enacted a new policy regarding exotic patients:
Due to the extended amount of time required to care for exotic patients, we now have a cancellation policy. For exotic exams, the exam fee must be pre-paid a minimum of 24 hours prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your pet’s appointment, the pre-paid exam will be refunded up to 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your pet’s appointment less than 24 hours in advance, or fail to make it to your appointment, the pre-paid fee is non-refundable. If you schedule an appointment but fail to pre-pay for the exam at least 24 hours prior, we will be unable to save your pet’s appointment and it will be removed from our schedule. We will make an attempt to reach you before canceling your pet’s appointment due to non-payment.
