Client Care Specialist

Denise is a dedicated Client Service Representative who has been a valued member of the Yorkshire team since 2019. Originally from Colorado Springs, she brings a strong background in customer service—including many years with a large insurance company—and holds a business degree from Regis University.

Denise finds great fulfillment in helping both clients and their pets, and she truly enjoys being part of a supportive team environment. She especially loves the daily joy of seeing adorable animals walk through the doors and being a part of their care journey.

Her long-term dream is to one day open a pet rescue, and she envisions retiring to a quiet beach town where she can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

At home, Denise is kept company by her two cats, Snickers and Emmie Lou, who always brighten her day. In her free time, she enjoys reading and following stock car racing.
