Client Care Specialist

Lindsey is a caring and motivated Client Service Representative who brings a deep personal connection to her work. After losing her beloved soul cat to bladder cancer, she felt a strong calling to help other pets and the people who love them. Since joining Yorkshire in 2024, she has found fulfillment in being the first point of contact for clients—offering empathy, support, and a friendly face from the moment they walk in.

Originally from Vermont, Lindsey holds a Veterinary Assistant Certificate and has extensive hands-on experience, including rescuing over 200 cats (and a couple of lucky dogs!) while living in South Carolina. She takes great pride in being part of a team that truly makes a difference.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys an adventurous, outdoor lifestyle filled with horseback riding, kayaking, hiking, camping, drag racing, and biking. She shares her life with her boyfriend, Greg, who’s always ready to join her on the next outdoor adventure, as well as her two cherished cats—Kali and Bella—and a yellow-bellied slider named Squirt.

Lindsey is incredibly close to her family and brings that same sense of connection and warmth to every interaction at Yorkshire.
