Peggy

Veterinary Assistant 

Peggy has been an integral part of the Yorkshire team since 2020, bringing decades of hands-on experience and a deep-rooted passion for veterinary medicine. Raised in Pennsylvania, she began her journey in the field after earning her Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Pima Medical Institute in 2004–2005. Since then, Peggy has worked in nearly every area of a veterinary clinic, gaining well-rounded knowledge and a reputation for dedication and reliability.

Her role in pharmacy allows her to stay close to the field she loves while providing meaningful support to both the team and patients. She values the appreciation she receives from the doctors and takes pride in being a trusted and efficient resource behind the scenes. Looking ahead, Peggy hopes to take on leadership responsibilities and transition into a management role.

Outside of work, Peggy treasures time with her family—her daughter, Brittany, and her fiancé, Melvin. Their love story is a special one: childhood friends who reconnected after 40 years and built a life together. She shares her home with two cherished pets—Annie, a sweet pittie mix, and Sebastian, a fluffy domestic longhair cat.

In her free time, Peggy enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, and finding joy in the simple moments that matter most.
