Client Care Specialist

Sami is one of the welcoming faces on our Client Services team, bringing a unique blend of compassion, creativity, and curiosity to the front desk. She holds two associate degrees—one from Elgin Community College and another from Columbia College Chicago—and comes from a family rooted in human healthcare. But for Sami, veterinary medicine was always her true calling.

Her favorite part of working at Yorkshire is the constant opportunity to learn and grow. She loves being part of a team that helps give pets the happiest, healthiest life possible—and enjoys playing a key role in making clients feel supported and informed.

In her free time, Sami explores her creative side through illustration, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and learning to crochet. She’s also a passionate Olympic figure skating enthusiast and loves organizing team-building activities and workplace events. At home, she’s happily kept company by her cat, Shadow, who enjoys going on harnessed walks and playing a surprisingly good game of fetch.
